LLC Compass is a small, independent site. There is no support desk, but every message is read by the owner. Here is what to contact us about and what to expect.
What to contact us about
Corrections
Found an outdated fee, a wrong deadline, or a broken link? This is the most useful email you can send us. Include the article URL and what is wrong, plus a link to the official state page that shows the correct figure if you have one. We check it against the source and publish the fix with an updated date. See our Editorial Policy for how corrections are handled.
Partnerships and affiliate programs
If you run an LLC formation, registered agent, or compliance service and want to discuss an affiliate or advertising relationship, get in touch. Please note that we do not sell reviews, ratings, or placement in comparison tables. What we do and do not accept is set out in the Editorial Policy.
Press and citations
Journalists and researchers are welcome to quote our guides with a link back to the source page. For questions about the site or its author, see About LLC Compass or email us.
Everything else
General questions about the site, suggestions for topics to cover, and reports of technical problems are all welcome.

What we cannot help with
We cannot give individual legal, tax, or accounting advice. That includes questions such as which state you should form in, whether a specific expense is deductible, or how to fix a compliance problem with your existing company. LLC Compass publishes general information only, and the author is not an attorney or a CPA. For advice on your own situation, contact a licensed attorney or CPA in your state, or the state agency named in the relevant guide.
We also cannot file documents on your behalf, check the status of a filing you made with a state, or intervene with a formation service you have used. Contact the state agency or the service provider directly.
